If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services. By using the Services, uploading content, or requesting an AI generation, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described below.
We collect the information needed to operate SelfyzAI, including account information, user-uploaded content, AI prompts, generated outputs, device data, usage data, payment status, and customer support communications.
We use this information to provide AI photo, video, audio, and editing features, process subscriptions, secure the Services, prevent misuse, improve reliability, comply with law, and respond to your requests.

We use these providers to deliver the product features you request, generate or edit your content, apply safety filters, detect abuse, debug failed generations, maintain service reliability, and comply with legal obligations. These AI systems may process the submitted media and prompts on servers outside your country or region. We do not use this information to identify a specific person, authenticate identity, verify access, create a faceprint or voiceprint for recognition, or track you across services unless we separately disclose the feature and obtain any consent required by law.
To provide AI features, we may disclose photos, videos, audio, prompts, generated outputs, and related metadata to third-party AI service providers and SelfyzAI proprietary model infrastructure, including Google AI services such as Veo 3 and Nano Banana/Gemini image generation models, OpenAI GPT Image models, Kling, Vidu, Hailuo, and Seedance. These systems process the data for the purpose of generating, editing, rendering, moderating, securing, and delivering the requested output, and for limited operational, safety, abuse-prevention, legal, and service reliability purposes under the applicable terms and this Policy.
Where applicable law treats uploaded face, voice, or body information as biometric data or sensitive personal data, we rely on your consent or another lawful basis. You may withdraw consent or request deletion by contacting us as described below. Withdrawal may limit or disable features that depend on this processing.
